Effective November 30, 2020, due to the increase in local cases of COVID-19, the Black Earth Public Library will adjust our services until further notice.
Access to the library will be allowed by appointment only to use library computers, Wi-Fi, printing, and photocopying/scanning. Appointments to browse the library collection will also be available. Each child 6 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
We will return to no contact walk-up pickup only for reserved books. When notified that a reserved book has come in, patrons will need to call the library and schedule a pick-up appointment. Books will be placed in the hallway across from the library entrance in a package marked with the patron’s initials at the scheduled time.
Appointments will be available most of our regular hours (BUT HOURS MAY VARY):
Monday - Thursday: 10 AM to 7 PM
Friday: 10-5
Saturday: 10-2
Patrons will need to call ahead to schedule all pick-up and in-library appointments.
The Black Earth Public Library phone number is 608-767-4905.
Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call, and we will return your call as soon as we are able.
